Crochet-A-Long, Blanket, Shawl, Baby Ponchos and Beautiful Lake Havasu

I received a new "clue" for the CAL of the "Wonder Blanket" yesterday.  The new stitches look a bit confusing to me. It's a beautiful pattern though so I'm going to try and work it out in a bit. Wish me luck.

I don't think I've ever seen that particular stitch so this should be a lot of fun. What color . . . hmmmm (or colors?)

I finished some cute little ponchos for a neighbor's baby shower. She is having twins. I thought maybe something a little different would be fun. I don't know her well but thought a little something would be in order. So many times for twins we get things exactly the same. I think the same but different is better sometimes, don't you?

I also finished the round (spiky) blanket but need to do some photos of it. I also finished my beautiful blue shawl. I will photograph it before blocking and then after. It's amazingly SOFT!!!!!

Just a parting photo of beautiful Lake Havasu. I feel so very blessed to be living here at this time in my life.

I finished this shawl a couple of months ago and forgot all about it.

Today's visit with the pain specialist should be interesting. UGH!

  1. Another nice shawl, loving the colors!

I agree bout where you're living now, it's gorgeous there. When we were stationed in Tucson we would go there in the summer and absolutely loved it. Coincidentally we were stationed a few years later in Phoenix, love AZ sooo much! When we left Tucson to go to the UK we were sooo hoping we'd get sent back to Tucson since all our friends did but we got sent here to LV.
